The following services are available for support if you have Safeguarding concerns about a child or young person

  • If you are concerned that a child or young person is being harmed or neglected or is at risk of this happening you should contact the Family Operations Hub on 0345 603 7627.
  •  If a child is at immediate risk of harm phone 999 and ask for Police and an ambulance if a child has a serious injury or in need of medical attention.
  •  For help and support out of hours (5.30pm - 9.00am Monday - Thursday, 4.30pm Friday - 9.00am Monday and Bank holidays) contact Essex Social Care;
